My name is Samiratou, a qualified pastry chef with a passion for the art of creating sweet treats.

After obtaining my CAP Pâtisserie (Pastry Chef Certificate) in France, I continued to train, experiment, and perfect my skills, driven by the desire to create products that are as beautiful as they are delicious.

Now based in Quebec, I have also obtained my MAPAQ certification, guaranteeing the quality and food safety of every creation.

Since 2018, I have been making custom cookies , little tokens of affection that accompany life's important moments:
a birth, a wedding, a guest gift, a thank you, or simply a sweet note. Each cookie then becomes a message, a memory, an emotion.

With Mon Beau Biscuit, I wanted to go further by offering a range of generous artisanal cookies, prepared with the same care and high standards. Delicious recipes, carefully chosen ingredients, to offer a true moment of comfort with every bite.

Everything is handmade, in small batches, with carefully selected ingredients, without artificial flavors or unnecessary dyes. I deeply believe that simple things, when well made, have the power to touch.

My goal is simple:
To create cookies that make people smile, that bring people together, and that leave a lasting impression.
